Tic showed us some advanced pyrography and colouring to give some new ideas to enhance your work and learn a new facet to woodturning. She brought along a wide variety of her work and described how she uses various heating tips to achieve the effects she desires and the importance of getting the temperature just right. In the pictures below you will see just what can be done with heat and colour.
Tic also kindly presented the winners cup for the annual competition to our Chairman Terry Riddick and the runner up prize to Paul Hogwood. Congratulations to both.
